Conduct on-site inspections to assess property conditions
Provide solutions for customers' foundational or structural needs
Create sales presentations
Interact with homeowners to educate them on repair options
Suggest personalized solutions to customers
Build relationships to drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Ability to conduct customer-focused Sales Presentations and effectively communicate value propositions
Experience in New Business Development and identifying potential sales opportunities
Strong Customer Service skills with a commitment to providing high-quality support and building relationships
Proven ability to meet or exceed Sales targets and goals
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred
Knowledge or background in related industries such as Pest Control and structural inspection is advantageous
Previous experience in the foundation, construction, or home improvement industries is a plus
