Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for Open Enrollment (OE) contracts for ExEd staff
Review standard agreements and consult Strategic Procurement attorneys on any new or non-standard legal terms
Assign complex agreements to Strategic Procurement attorneys and manage them through the legal review process
Provide regular status updates to ExEd staff and coordinate required revisions
Stay current on updates to contract templates
Support ExEd in negotiating improved contract terms, particularly with recurring service providers
Orient new staff (e.g., Program Delivery Managers, Portfolio Directors) on the contract review process
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline existing contract processes
Qualification
Required
Independently review, draft, and negotiate complex supplier contracts
Prepare and review requests for proposals (RFPs), service agreements, and a wide range of contracts
Collaborate closely with clients, Strategic Procurement attorneys, and subject matter experts to negotiate contract terms
Ensure compliance with university policies and adhere to applicable laws and regulations
Serve as the primary point of contact for Open Enrollment (OE) contracts for ExEd staff
Review standard agreements and consult Strategic Procurement attorneys on any new or non-standard legal terms
