Required
Academic degree in Accounting, Business Management, General Business, Law or related field
Demonstrated experience working with and engaging students and colleagues of all backgrounds within and outside the department
Preferred

Understanding of the Two-year College Mission and specifically workforce program mission
Demonstrated commitment to student, faculty, and staff enrichment
