The role involves reviewing title work, preparing closing packages, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities

Review title work once received for correct chain of title, fees, and other potential items that need to be addressed

Work with loan officers, processors, and underwriters on any closing conditions

Work with title companies regularly to balance closing disclosures and coordinate closings

Verify accuracy and consistency of all closing documents, information, and numbers and make sure all guidelines and compliance rules are met

Research loan programs to ensure knowledge for guidelines for all programs and loan types

Prepare loan closing packages and send to title companies timely for closings

Prepare wires and certified checks timely for signing to be processed for loan closings

Comply with all applicable banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act. Follows Red River Bank policies and procedures. Attends or completes all required training
