Responsibilities

Collaborate closely and continuously with fellow engineers, product owners, and multiple stakeholders
Engage in paired programming, test-driven development, and continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) methods daily
Build applications for the Return to Work project(s) and an Employee Performance Management application with a Global Impact

Qualification

Required

7+ years of understanding, practicing, and advocating for clean code principles such as test-driven development (TDD), self-documenting code, continuous refactoring, and Extreme Programming (XP)
7+ years of experience and proficiency in front-end languages such as JavaScript/Typescript, and a familiarity with other languages such as Java
7+ years of practical, meaningful experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, VueJs
7+ years of practical, meaningful experience with backend framework like Nest.js, Golang Api development and Spring boot
Enthusiastic about AI Driven coding with the help of tools like Github Co-Pilot, Cursor AI or Windsurf
Strong understanding of Fullstack architecture principals
Working knowledge of CICD with popular tools like Jenkins, Tekton, Github Actions etc
Strong understanding of any public cloud provider like GCP, AWS or Azure
