Responsibilities

Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Enovia 3DEXPERIENCE environments across multiple tiers

Build scalable and secure PLM infrastructure solutions

Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high reliability

Manage system upgrades, patches, and hotfixes with application teams

Develop backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and lead security audits for PLM systems

Automate infrastructure tasks using scripting and configuration management tools

Troubleshoot complex infrastructure-related issues and provide root cause analysis

Document system architectures, configurations, procedures, and operational guidelines

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to infrastructure planning and continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and 5+ years supporting Enovia/3DEXPERIENCE environments

Experience of Enovia/3DEXPERIENCE architecture and deployment models

Proficiency in Linux system administration and shell scripting

Experience with application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere) and databases (Oracle, SQL Server)

Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques
