Responsibilities
Providing feasibility studies, construction documents and construction oversight for building projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
At least 4 years of design/consulting experience
Demonstrated ability for developing design calculations, construction drawings and specifications
Strong communication and technical writing skills
Preferred
Professional Registration
3D modeling software such as Revit, AutoCAD, CADWorx and NavisWorks
Hydraulic modeling software such as Pipe-Flo or Pipe 2000
HVAC Software such as Trane Trace, or HAP program
Thermal utility plants and distribution systems (steam, hot water, chilled water)
Utility master planning or decarbonization/climate response planning
Cogeneration or combined heat and power systems
Lab. and Vivarium Design
Life Science/ Pharmaceutical cGMP manufacturing
