Providing legal research
Preparing discovery
Drafting briefs
Drafting motions
Observe proceedings in various courts
Attend depositions
Attend mediations
Attend arbitrations
Attend court appearances
Attend trials/hearings
Collaborate with Travelers Staff Counsel attorneys
Receive substantive feedback on all assignments
Qualification
Required
Currently attending an accredited law school
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S
