Transition Manager, Pension Risk Transfer
Prudential is a leading financial services institution seeking a Transition Manager for their Pension Risk Transfer team. The role involves supporting the on-boarding of new clients and managing the transition process while interacting with clients, advisors, and internal partners.

Responsibilities
Presenting and managing the on-boarding timeline with our external partners (client, advisors, prior recordkeepers, and actuaries) and internal partners (New Business, Marketing, Contracts, Pricing, PSC, PRU, Tax, etc.) to achieve a flawless transition
Issues Welcome Kit packages to each retired and deferred annuitant which provides key pieces of information that an annuitant needs to begin their experience with Prudential
Logging, tracking, and following open issues to resolution including confirming task owner and establishing target dates
Partnering with Data Specialists on data needs and provision clarification for Technical Specialists and then communicating those needs to the client / broker for a successful on-boarding data load effort and creation of claims summary
Obtaining CAR forms, W-9 forms, completing Schedule As, and other miscellaneous requirements from clients during the transition
Qualification
Required
BS degree or equivalent work experience
5+ Years of Experience with Retirement Products and/or relevant Project Management experience
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others
Successful communication skills / comfortable interacting with clients at various levels
Attention to detail
Self-motivated and proactive
Preferred
Discretion to deal with confidential information
Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing projects and deliverables
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and challenging environment
