Sales Project Manager
Pro 2 Pave is seeking a high-energy Sales Project Manager to bridge the gap between winning new business and delivering high-quality paving solutions. The role involves being the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is accurately translated to field crews and overseeing various aspects of project management.

Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and pursue new commercial paving opportunities
Estimation & Bidding: Conduct site visits to measure and evaluate project needs; provide accurate cost estimates for asphalt, concrete, and sealcoating jobs
Project Oversight: Transition won contracts to the production team, ensuring material orders and schedules align with the client’s expectations
Relationship Management: Act as the face of the company, providing regular updates to clients from the initial handshake to the final walkthrough
Qualification
Required
Sales Experience (Required): A proven track record in sales is a must for this role
Driver's License: A valid license and clean driving record are required for site visits
Preferred
Industry Experience: Previous experience in construction, paving, or landscaping sales is highly preferred
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for negotiating contracts and managing client expectations
