Responsibilities

Serve as the primary process improvement resource across assigned transformation workstreams
Conduct stakeholder interviews and independent research to fully understand current process and identify gaps to fill
Conduct analyses (SQL queries, other methods) that identify issues and opportunities impacting our customers, including actionable recommendations Integrate with all levels of the business to understand current workflows and identify systematic gaps that quantifiably change outcomes

Create process documentation and process maps
Identify process breakdowns and offer improvement suggestions to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Train internal users, external technical teams, and leaders on dashboard, API, and tool usage; assist in troubleshooting
Ensure redesigned processes are seamless experience for all stakeholders by minimizing inefficiencies
Leverage technology to further improve processes where appropriate, including incorporating automation
Improve data capture for future Account Management use cases, identifying front-end requirements and collaborating with software development teams on table structure

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 4 years of applicable experience
Experience with change management EIA-649, nonconformance documentation, root cause analysis, corrective action systems, and acceptance criteria
Experience with cost analysis, managing suppliers, and configuration management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience in aerospace or other high-reliability industries
Proficiency with PLM and ERP software
Proficiency in AS9100/ISO9001 quality management system requirements
Proficiency in lean manufacturing methodologies
Experience successfully tackling multiple high-priority tasks
Exceptional collaboration and partnership skills in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and consultative skills, and facilitation skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving
Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
Knowledge of business structure
Stakeholder analysis
