Westgate Resorts provides a diverse range of vacation experiences and is seeking a Center Marketing Consultant to support their Welcome Center of Corp. Marketing Road Program. The role involves customer service and sales support, promoting Westgate Resorts through tours for potential timeshare purchasers, booking room nights, and providing concierge services.

Responsibilities

Presents and arranges Westgate timeshare tour promotion to qualified guests at various contracted locations on a daily basis

Arrange and book room nights for guests that walk into the welcome centers

Provides concierge service for contracted locations

Maintain updated information on local area attractions and special events, and maintaining a courteous, professional image to guests as a team member of resort

Arrange and book tours of the resort for possible timeshare sales

Responsible for personal sale quotas; Tours, Tickets and Rooms

Able to work a flexible schedule (day/hours) including weekends and holiday

Able to handle cash and tickets accurately and securely

Provide friendly and professional customer service

Responsible of Inventory and Supplies of the Center when needed

Ensure location is well-kept, clean and maintain

Assist with cash handling forms, policies and procedures, confirming cash amounts and reporting issues timely

Assist with team members engagement activities and information on a daily basis

Cover for other employees shifts if needed by Center Manager
