Sales Operations Lead

Responsibilities
Act as a principal strategic partner to Ariana (Director of Sales Ops) and senior GTM leadership, operating as a high-leverage IC across the Sales Ops org
Drive strategic projects that span across multiple product lines, including initiatives to build a multi-product selling motion and expansion into new verticals
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align on go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution
Drive best-in-class use of AI and automation across SalesOps processes — applying AI tools for forecasting, pipeline insights, reporting automation, and executive summaries to accelerate analysis and decision-making
Lead and manage change across the GTM organization, ensuring new initiatives are operationalized effectively with clear communication and adoption
Build and deliver executive-ready analyses and recommendations grounded in both quantitative and qualitative insights
Partner with senior leadership to define priorities, track business performance, and identify levers for growth
Qualification
Required
5-7+ years of professional experience, including 3-4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles
Experience in a high-growth or startup environment with exposure to multi-product or multi-segment sales structures
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Sigma, and other sales and GTM systems and analytics tools
Proven ability to influence at all levels, from frontline managers to the C-suite, using a data-driven and consultative approach
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects with measurable business impact
Deep, applied experience leveraging AI tools and automation frameworks to improve forecasting, modeling, and data workflows
Highly analytical, organized, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
