Responsibilities
Perform electrical layout using total station equipment for conduit, hangers, sleeves, lighting, and equipment
Verify field conditions and provide accurate as-built data to the VDC team
Establish and maintain project control points and coordinate systems
Support prefabrication accuracy through precise field measurements
Perform daily instrument checks, ensuring accuracy and calibration
Communicate proactively with VDC, prefab, and field teams to resolve layout issues
Maintain records, layout logs, and deviation reports
Qualification
Required
Experience with total station equipment (Trimble, Leica, or Topcon)
Working knowledge of Trimble Field Link, Autodesk Point Layout, or similar software
Understanding of electrical construction drawings
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Effective communication between field and office teams
