This role ensures all electrical systems are installed precisely according to BIM models and design documents, facilitating efficient prefab installation and on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical layout using total station equipment for conduit, hangers, sleeves, lighting, and equipment

Verify field conditions and provide accurate as-built data to the VDC team

Establish and maintain project control points and coordinate systems

Support prefabrication accuracy through precise field measurements

Perform daily instrument checks, ensuring accuracy and calibration

Communicate proactively with VDC, prefab, and field teams to resolve layout issues

Maintain records, layout logs, and deviation reports
