Responsibilities
Build senior-level relationships across agency and brand ecosystems
Initiate thoughtful, personalized outreach rooted in context and credibility
Position CXE creatively and strategically based on the room you’re in
Identify non-obvious entry points such as pilots, collaborations, events, and cultural moments
Surface partnership and pitch opportunities, including those not explicitly requested
Collaborate directly with CXE leadership on priority conversations
Represent CXE with discretion, judgment, and creative fluency
Qualification
Required
8+ years in senior partnerships, agency leadership, or brand-facing roles
Existing relationships within agency or enterprise brand environments
Strong creative intuition and cultural awareness
Ability to understand complex creative work and communicate its value clearly
Executive presence and comfort operating peer-to-peer with senior leaders
Confidence navigating ambiguity without needing hand-holding
High integrity, high accountability, low ego
