Sales Team Manager

Arbiter is the leading provider of sports and school activity management solutions, and they are seeking a Sales Team Manager to lead their inside sales team. This role requires a strategic leader to drive revenue growth, coach the team, and implement best practices for sales efficiency.

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals
Monitor KPIs, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates to optimize team performance
Perform weekly 1:1s to assess performance, provide guidance, and hold team members accountable
Motivate and drive sales reps to execute on monthly goals
Help the team deliver consistent effort to meet targets
Lead by example by stepping in to close deals when needed
Provide ongoing training and coaching to sharpen sales skills and improve results
Provide data insights to inform and shape strategic sales initiatives
Identify and implement best practices to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
Work closely with marketing, customer success, product, and BDR teams to align sales strategies with business goals

Required

3+ years of high velocity/high volume sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed revenue targets
Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM platforms
Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills
Results-driven mindset with a focus on accountability and execution
Cellphone or personal device to receive MFA (multi-factor authentication) texts or calls
Have an internet connection that's adequate for their job, a minimum of 10Mbps down

Preferred

Experience in SaaS or B2B sales preferred
K-12 industry experience is a plus
