Responsibilities

Define and own the commercial strategy for a novel neuroscience platform selling into pharma R&D
Personally lead early, credibility-driven sales conversations and close initial lighthouse pharma partnerships
Clarify who the buyer is, where the platform fits in drug development workflows, and why it earns budget
Translate complex organoid and organ-on-chip data into clear, decision-driving value for pharma teams
Build the commercial playbook from first principles, using early deals to sharpen positioning and messaging
Work closely with scientific and technical leadership to align customer needs with platform capabilities

Qualification

PhD in neuroscience10+ years management experiencePharma R&D workflowsPre-clinical drug developmentRevenue growth leadershipCRM platforms familiarityAnalytical skillsCommunication skillsCollaborative mindset

Required

PhD, or equivalent in neuroscience, neuroengineering, or related life sciences field preferred
10+ years of senior-level management experience in the life science tools and platform industry or pharma
Strong understanding of pharma R&D workflows, drug development and translational challenges
Strong relationships in the pharma and biotech industries
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Collaborative mindset with experience working across functions
Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools

Preferred

Experience in pre-clinical and clinical drug development preferred

Benefits

Commission: 30-50% (Performance based)
