Sales Development Manager
Fenbotics is a rapidly expanding custom automation and robotics OEM headquartered in Rock Hill, South Carolina. They are seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead both sales and marketing teams while driving sales activities to support national and international expansion.
Responsibilities
Manage SDRs, account reps, and outbound strategy
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across U.S. and emerging international markets
Own forecasting, reporting, revenue performance, and team development
Oversee digital strategy, branding, campaigns, content, and lead generation
Align messaging across all platforms to support national and international expansion
Coordinate trade shows, events, partnerships, and global go-to-market initiatives
Directly prospect and close deals
Manage key accounts and high-value opportunities
Build relationships with large enterprise clients and OEM partners globally
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience leading both sales and marketing teams
Proven success in B2B industrial sales, automation, robotics, or manufacturing
Skilled in outbound strategy, CRM management, and revenue operations
Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns that support global scale
Strong communication, leadership, and team development abilities
Preferred
Experience building international partnerships is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred
