Responsibilities
Supplier Management Program Ownership: Maintain and enhance the supplier management framework, ensuring alignment with corporate quality & safety standards and regulatory requirements. Suppliers include both material suppliers and external manufacturers
Performance Monitoring & KPIs: Define, track, and report supplier performance metrics (e.g., quality, delivery, compliance); drive accountability and improvement actions
Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships with suppliers to foster collaboration, transparency, and proactive issue resolution
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to address supplier-related challenges and implement improvement initiatives
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize supplier processes and quality systems; lead projects that enhance efficiency and compliance
Risk Management: Support risk assessments for suppliers and implement mitigation strategies to ensure supply continuity, product quality, and safety
Audit & Compliance Support: Assist in supplier audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively
Innovation & Capability Building: Introduce new tools and approaches for supplier performance management, including data analytics and digital solutions

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Supply Chain, or related field
5+ years of demonstrated experience in supplier quality, procurement, or quality assurance
Knowledge of supplier management programs and regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO preferred)
Experience with KPI development and performance tracking
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Ability to influence and collaborate across functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
Strong understanding of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies
Strong written communication, presentation, problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills
Preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt strongly preferred
PowerBI preferred
Project management experience (preferred)
