Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
Support regulatory and compliance reporting for financial services entities
Assist with internal and external reporting packages, disclosures, and footnotes
Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities
Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
Partner with internal audit, external auditors, and compliance teams
Support materials for board meetings and regulatory reviews
Assist with technical accounting research and new standard implementation
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and internal controls
Collaborate with Operations, Treasury, Risk, and other internal teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2–5+ years of financial reporting experience within financial services or public accounting
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
CPA, CPA-eligible, or progress toward certification - strongly preferred
Exposure to regulatory reporting (SEC, FINRA, FFIEC, or similar) a plus
