This role involves supporting the Talent Acquisition team through various functions including candidate sourcing, scheduling, and communication while managing the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

Acts as “candidate engagement” liaison for candidates and provides full support to Talent Acquisition team to include resume screening, candidate communication, scheduling interviews, greeting candidates, walking candidates from interview to interview, and requesting offer letters

Provides support in the areas of reporting and analytics

Maintains various tracking reports and pulls data as needed

Posts, updates and maintains active positions utilizing a wide variety of resources

Assists with the development of marketing materials

Assists with job fairs as needed

Acts as primary back up for candidate and hiring manager customer service

Traveling to marketing events and other promotional opportunities

Required

Degree in Human Resources or a related field

1 or more years of experience in customer service

Strong project management skills

Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of standard office procedures and computer software

1 year experience working in an Applicant Tracking System

1 or more years of experience supporting a recruiting team
