Responsibilities
Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees
Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity
Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and timesheets
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting
Assist with audits and compliance documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding payroll tasks
Qualification
Required
1+ years of payroll experience
Experience with payroll processing systems (Ultipro, UKG, ADP or Paylocity highly preferred)
Strong Excel skills are required (pivot tables and vlookups)
Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
