Responsibilities
Own Paid Search Channels - Manage Microsoft Bing, Google Search, Local Service and PMAX campaigns
Drive Performance - Handle pacing, budgets, creative tests, optimizations and campaign expansions
Analyze & Improve - Turn data into actionable insights and share them with stakeholders
Learn & Grow - Go beyond search - explore programmatic, display and more with the support and resources to make you a digital pro
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on in paid search with proven direct-response success
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, media math and ROI analysis
Strong communicator who can influence decisions
Ability to connect dots and foresee implications
Takes ownership and executes projects to completion seamlessly
Preferred
Deep experience or knowledge of one or more non-Search digital channels
Google Analytics, DV360 or Salesforce experience
Ability to build your own dashboards & data reports
Exposure to the legal industry - tech or marketing
A bachelor's degree from an accredited university
