Responsibilities

Support the CNA Program Director in the professional development and oversight of nursing staff, including the training, supervision, and testing

Coordinate with state testing agencies, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensure ongoing staff education through in-service training and orientation

Oversee infection prevention, monitoring the quality of resident care, ensuring residents' rights are upheld

Participate in care planning and maintaining accurate documentation

Promote interdepartmental collaboration, participating in survey processes, and contributing to policy development
