Office Manager / Collateral & Loan Servicing Assistant
YouLand is seeking an Office Manager / Collateral & Loan Servicing Assistant to oversee daily office operations and support their lending business. The role involves managing collateral documentation, loan servicing tasks, and providing administrative support to both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Prepare and print loan and collateral documents for closing
Organize, scan, and file loan packages and supporting documents
Verify that required documents are complete and properly signed
Coordinate with internal team members and clients to obtain missing information
Perform notary services for loan signings (if commissioned)
Monitor payment status and follow up with borrowers on late or missed payments
Make and receive phone calls related to loan servicing and collections
Maintain accurate servicing records and update internal systems
Support preparation of statements, notices, and other servicing communications
Coordinate with internal teams on loan renewals, extensions, and payoffs
Manage office supplies, snacks, and Costco/office orders
Coordinate basic office maintenance and vendor communication
Support HR/people ops with light tasks such as:
1. Scheduling interviews and internal meetings
2. Assisting with onboarding logistics (paperwork, access, welcome materials)
3. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with financial and legal documents
Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Comfortable making servicing/collections phone calls in a professional manner
Professional written and verbal communication; customer-service mindset
Proficient with standard office software (email, spreadsheets, PDF tools, printers/scanners)
Preferred
Bilingual strongly preferred
Mandarin and/or Spanish are a plus
Active Notary Public commission (or willingness/eligibility to obtain one) strongly preferred
Prior experience in loan servicing, loan processing, or financial services is a plus
Prior office administration experience is a plus
