Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate on-site electrical installation activities for automated material handling systems
Supervise and support subcontractors, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, safety regulations, and project specifications
Plan, monitor, and report on installation progress, resolving technical and logistical issues as they arise
Conduct quality checks, oversee testing and commissioning, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
Oversee and ensure safe installation, termination, and troubleshooting of 480V 3 phase and electrical systems in compliance with all relevant standards
Maintain strict adherence to OSHA 30 safety protocols, conducting regular site audits and ensuring all team members are trained and compliant
Provide technical guidance and training to installation teams and subcontractors
Maintain clear communication with customers, project managers, and engineering teams
Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to all health and safety standards
Travel up to 100% to customer sites as required
Qualification
Required
Strong background in leading electrical installation, ideally with experience in automated logistics or warehouse systems, or large-scale complex industrial installations
Proven ability to interpret electrical schematics and manage complex installations
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
Flexibility to travel extensively and work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
