Full portfolio life‑cycle management and coordination with global Specialty Business Line teams
Development and execution of pricing, segmentation, promotions, and sales enablement strategies
Leadership, coaching, and development of a high‑performing marketing team
Market trend analysis and growth initiatives to strengthen competitive positioning
Collaboration with Clinical/Scientific Marketing to leverage evidence and collaboration studies
Executive‑level customer presentations delivering clinical, operational, and financial value
Cross‑functional strategic projects aligned to North American business priorities

Qualification

Required

8+ years of marketing or commercial experience in specialty diagnostics
4+ years of direct leadership experience
Proven expertise with Syva, IMMULITE, or Plasma Proteins markets
Strong understanding of laboratory operations, Chemistry, and Immunoassay testing
Experience with CRM, funnel analytics, and market insights tools
Bachelor's degree in medical sciences, business, or marketing
Ability to travel up to 25%
