Chat with and get to know our members in order to identify their financial needs and provide solutions that are in their best interest
Process transactions like cash deposits, cash withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing
Engage with our members, making sure they feel welcomed and valued, and leave satisfied
Qualification
Required
Positive attitude, self-confidence and engaging personality
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Cash handling and customer service experience
Math accuracy
Computer skills
Professional appearance

Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs
Relevant experience in the financial industry
