Business Experience Plan & Admin Specialist

Responsibilities
Provide support and assistance for implementation and/or administrative efforts for the line of business initiatives
Assists with Optimization efforts for respective line of business
Independently provide data collection, research and reporting for assigned line of business portfolios
Recommends and delivers best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives
Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership, inclusive of executives

Provides support and assistance for implementation and coordination of planning efforts for line of business initiatives

Partners with other departments or other functional areas in support of line of business initiatives
Independently provides data collection, research and reporting for assigned line of business initiatives
Recommends and delivers best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives
Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions
Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
