Responsibilities

Originate and close large commercial real estate transactions

Structure financings within complex capital stacks alongside senior construction lenders and equity partners

Own deals from initial sourcing through credit approval, closing, and funding

Build and maintain relationships with developers, sponsors, and intermediaries

Travel as needed to support deal execution and relationship development

Partner closely with internal credit, legal, and underwriting teams
