Responsibilities

Accurately pick and build products based on customer orders
Hand stack cases of products weighing up to 50 lbs. from floor to overhead in a consistent pattern
Shrink wrap completed pallets with appropriate labels and transport to loading dock using pallet jack or other equipment
Receive and verify incoming shipments, match packing list to actual merchandise
Pack, unpack, and mark stock items using tags, stamps, or electronic tools
Identify and report short-shipped or incorrect items to the supervisor immediately
Transport supplies, products, and equipment to designated areas within the warehouse
Verify stock counts and inspect items for quality, defects, or damage
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies and encourage others to do the same
Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) as required
Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by management

Required

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Comfortable working in fast-paced, physically demanding environments
High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent work experience
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, kneel, push, and pull for extended periods
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly from floor to overhead
Ability to hand wrap and move large palletized orders
Must be able to work in environments with varying temperatures (hot or cool)
Must be able to work overtime hours as needed based on business demand

Preferred

Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems
Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience
Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (certification may be required)
