Main Line Search is seeking experienced full-desk recruiters who desire to work independently without corporate metrics. The role involves building client relationships, sourcing candidates, and managing the hiring process while enjoying flexibility in work hours.

Responsibilities
Build and manage your own client relationships
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates
Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process
Negotiate fees, offers, and start dates with clients and candidates
Maintain your pipeline and recruiting activity
Collaborate with our team when / if you choose
Manage your workflow, schedule, and business development strategy
Uphold professional standards while representing the firm’s brand
Ensure timely communication with clients, candidates, and our back-office team for invoicing and follow-up
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in permanent placement staffing agency division
Comfortable running full-desk (BD & Recruiting)
Have clients or relationships to activate
Prefer independence over a base salary
Can work at their own pace (from 10 hours/month to 40 hours/week)
