Responsibilities
Build and maintain automated donor journeys and email workflows
Create digital materials for events, email campaigns, and social media
Research and identify potential business partners; prepare outreach communication
Support vendor and exhibitor recruitment for fundraising events
Update digital screens at YMCA branches with marketing and partner content
Assist with donor communications, appeals, and thank-you messaging
Qualification
Required
Currently studying or trained in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field
Experience using Canva (required)
Experience using Constant Contact (required)
Experience creating automations or email workflows (required)
Strong writing and design skills
Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks
