They are seeking a Contracts Manager to provide critical risk mitigation control, supporting all business units with contract review, risk analysis, compliance, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

Review of customer contracts, identifying risks and non-standard terms & conditions

Assist in negotiation to arrive at acceptable agreements

Support Business Units with review of Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Agreements

Assess project-specific compliance, such as insurance, safety, and licensing requirements

Reconcile customer purchase orders with negotiated terms and conditions

Maintain document library of customer agreements, purchasing agreements, agreed terms and conditions, including contract summary document

Review E Tech Group documents and ensure consistency across all business units

Develop and document policies and procedures related to contract review and negotiation

Coordinate with outside legal if necessary

Be an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates

Required

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience

Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with business unit leaders in a remote environment

Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents, financial reports and technical documents

Basic understanding of purchasing and supply chain procedures
