IS Epic Analyst Associate

Performs analysis of assigned applications and business processes/functions
Modifies and supports assigned applications/systems as appropriate
Partners and communicates with assigned customers/end users
Enhances professional competency by obtaining Epic certification
Performs other related duties as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
None
Epic Certification within 90 days of curriculum start
Basic knowledge of Epic systems and ability to encode, test, debug, and install elements to support Epic systems
Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally
Project management skills and ability to effectively manage multiple demands in fast paced environment
Analytical, problem-solving, and researching skills and ability to perform Gap analysis
Ability to design and implement technical solutions and processes
Ability to travel throughout and between facilities and work flexible hours (weekends/holidays/nights/call)
