Researching, preparing, and submitting proposals to foundation, corporate, individual, and governmental sources

Maintaining compliance with all grantor and regulatory requirements

Overseeing the grant management system to ensure timely audits, contracts, and reports

Collaborating with finance, program, and clinical teams to align budgets and demonstrate measurable outcomes

Cultivating strong relationships with donors, prospects, and funding partners

Providing leadership and mentorship to grants staff

Representing the foundation externally

Contributing to overall fundraising strategy and revenue forecasting

Demonstrating flexibility and commitment to collaboration with the Chief Development Officer, System Director of Central Development, medical staff, volunteers, and board members
