Responsibilities

Comfortable 1:8 weekend call schedule
Protected post-call day off
Bread and Butter Anesthesiology practice with Ortho, Urology, OB, healthy Pediatric cases
No neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases
Approximately 70% hands-on solo cases, 30% CRNA/Resident supervision
$200K loan repayment or $100K starting/retention bonuses
Collegial team environment supportive of shared work-life balance
New grads welcome
J-1 Visa Eligible
1:8 call rotation
Protected post-call days off
3-day weekend following weekend call
Total Initial Compensation Package: $665K - $695K
$550K - $580K base compensation, commensurate with experience
$100K starting and retention bonuses
$15K paid relocation
$200k student loan repayment option
403(b) and 457(b) retirement options, HSA option
8 - 10 weeks of paid time off (vacation + CME)
Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, prescription, disability, and malpractice insurance
Reimbursement for primary licensure fees, DEA fees, and renewals
