Hatch Pros is seeking an experienced Epic PT / Instructional Designer to support the Dorothy Comfort implementation. This role will play a key part in training delivery, content development, and credentialing to ensure successful adoption of new workflows.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Develop and update Epic training materials, course guides, and tip sheets to support the Dorothy Comfort rollout

Lead and support Pilot training sessions, Credentialing, and Learning Home Dashboard development

Support MST build and testing activities, ensuring alignment with training and credentialing plans

Collaborate with project leadership, credentialed trainers, and operational stakeholders to ensure training readiness

Utilize Articulate, Microsoft Teams, and related MS Office tools for content creation and delivery

Serve as an onsite training and instructional design resource during critical go-live readiness and post-go-live support phases
