Responsibilities

Champion and govern Change Enablement processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements

Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and align with business needs

Manage escalations and priority requests from senior leadership

Evaluate change impacts and organisational readiness to mitigate risks

Oversee the Change Advisory Board (CAB) process, leveraging diverse expertise and driving process improvements

Review and enhance change requests, ensuring high standards of quality and remedial actions are addressed

Provide insightful management information (MI) reports and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders

Build and maintain strong working relationships with technology teams, business partners, and regional stakeholders

Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

Explore and apply Gen AI use cases within Change Enablement (no technical implementation required)
