Agency Loan Administrator I

Responsibilities
Maintain communication with customers, transaction team, third party vendors to ensure task completion for proper and timely closing
Review and prepare search request form for UCC, Tax Lien, Judgement, Bankruptcy searches. Prepare loan documentation as may be necessary, including initial drafts of various documents for review by Closing Officer
Assist closing officer in verifying underwriting and funding conditions are signed off prior to settlement
Confirm loan information in all systems is accurate
Prepare an initial draft of the lender's settlement statement, including confirming all lender costs are appropriately and accurately reflected
Maintain loan files to ensure required file audit documents are stored
Assist in coordinating loan funding logistics
Assist in coordinating loan file delivery requirements
Coordinate post-closing delivery to Borrower of final loan documents/reports
Meet established productivity levels and turn-around times as set by the Manager
Verbally verify wire instructions with Title companies for loan fundings
Notarization of loan documents for Closing Officers
Meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality service for internal partners
Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all closing activities
Assist Closing Officer with collaboration between Underwriting and Closing Counsel to collect legal due diligence for rate lock and closing
Successfully upload Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac legal due diligence
Consistently track closing-related rate lock and closing due diligence
Efficiently handle post-closing exceptions
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience in financial services, operations, or in a law firm
Must be able to handle the pressure of 30-40 transactions simultaneously
Must be capable of maintaining a high quality of service to internal and external clients/partners
Must be able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines while maintaining a high quality of service
Must have superior customer service skills
Must be detail oriented, organized and self-motivated
A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
Internet service must be provided by Cable or fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
Candidates must live within approximately 50 miles of one of the hub locations based in 22102 and be comfortable coming in person whenever required with no less than 24 hours notice

Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
2+ years of experience in commercial real estate or financial services
