Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and user needs to create user flows and task flow diagrams
Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for stakeholder and user feedback
Create visually polished mockups aligned with UI guidelines and brand standards
Leverage and contribute to the company’s design system , creating scalable templates and user flows
Collaborate with product managers and user researchers to inform design decisions
Partner with engineering to assess technical feasibility and support agile delivery
Support the development of high-quality, intuitive user interfaces across platforms
Qualification
Required
Strong interaction and visual design expertise (layout, typography, color, micro-interactions)
Advanced proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience creating, evolving, and maintaining design systems
Strong prototyping and animation skills across multiple levels of fidelity
Deep understanding of usability and accessibility principles
Ability to translate business goals and user needs into impactful designs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A robust portfolio showcasing recent work, preferably consumer-facing products, with clear design impact
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Factors, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of product design experience
Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
