Responsibilities

Provides skilled Occupational Therapy services under the supervision of Licensed and Registered Occupational Therapists to early, middle, and late adult clients

Communicates patients’ progress through weekly or monthly documentation, and ensures that this documentation meets quality management standards

Train and supervise assigned Work Therapy clients

Complete work therapy evaluations, patient time sheets, and other paperwork associated with training and working with the patients

Assist with the acquisition, maintenance, and safe use of OT supplies and equipment

Ensures that the inventory of supplies is maintained within budgetary constraints

Informs the OT supervisor of equipment that is damaged and/or any situation that poses a safety risk for other employees or clients
