Responsibilities
Design and build AI-powered agents for voice and chat platforms
Develop backend services, workflows, and APIs supporting agent logic
Translate natural language intent into structured, auditable workflows
Own features from concept → design → production
Analyze performance data to continuously improve system behavior
Use observability and tracing tools to understand and debug agent decisions
Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer working on production systems
Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
Solid understanding of backend development, async systems, and error handling
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across complex systems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred
Exposure to AI, LLMs, or conversational systems (not mandatory)
Experience with voice interfaces, chat platforms, or workflow engines
Interest in building observable, explainable, and testable systems
