HR Generalist
Pine Services Group is a portfolio company of high-growth businesses, including Alta Vista Technology, a nationally recognized ERP consulting firm. The HR Generalist will partner with leadership to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, employee development, and office management.

Responsibilities
Manages talent pipeline, source and screen top talent
Advises on salary structures and commission
Support Development of Management Training Program
Employee Engagement (eNPS) and Recognition Programs
Employee Relations and Workplace Environment
Performance Management, including goal setting and alignment
Employee Benefits Administration (Health, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO, STD/LTD)
Maintains Company Handbook and Policies
Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding
Maintains HRIS and ATS systems
Facilities Oversight: Ensure office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained; coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance
Administrative Support: Manage office supplies inventory, order materials, and maintain equipment
Reception & Communication: Oversee front desk operations, manage incoming calls, mail, and deliveries
Event Coordination: Organize company meetings, team-building activities, and office events
Supports payroll systems in partnership with Accounting
Supports employee bonus and commission payouts
Compliance Management with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, tax laws, and internal policies
Collaborate with leadership on compensation, budgeting, and forecasting
Qualification
Required
Experience in HR operational tasks including recruiting and talent development
Ability to manage talent pipeline, source and screen top talent
Knowledge of salary structures and commission advising
Experience in employee development and mentoring programs
Support development of management training programs
Experience in employee engagement and recognition programs
Ability to manage employee relations and workplace environment
Experience in performance management, including goal setting and alignment
Knowledge of employee benefits administration (Health, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO, STD/LTD)
Ability to maintain company handbook and policies
Experience in employee onboarding and offboarding
Ability to maintain HRIS and ATS systems
Experience in facilities oversight and ensuring office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained
