Content Specialist
Lumino Digital is a company that helps organizations manage and defend their digital presence. They are seeking an entry-level Content Specialist who will conduct research, write content for various digital platforms, and contribute to client reports and project strategy.
Responsibilities
Carefully assess media coverage, journal articles, and book excerpts
Summarize research findings and provide notes on themes and gaps in media coverage
Write drafts of Wikipedia article content and other digital content as needed
Accurately track time throughout the work day
Qualification
Required
Demonstrate fundamental research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Demonstrate effective organizational skills: juggle multiple tasks at one time, prioritize and meet deadlines, keep managers aware of project status
Proficient using appropriate software (experience with Google Suite a big plus)
Work well independently and collaboratively with team members
Proactively solve problems with creativity and determination
Open to learning new skills and taking on feedback
Reliable computer setup with internet connection and a quiet space to take video calls
Preferred
Any experience in a research and writing-based role, especially within communications
Roles occupied while in higher education can apply
Familiarity with using research databases, including Nexis
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and CoPilot
Familiarity with platforms such as: Google Workspace, Slack, and MS Office
