HR Generalist Coordinator II - Contact Center/Hybrid Schedule
Aramark Destinations is a company that serves millions of guests every day through food and facilities in 15 countries. They are seeking an HR Generalist Coordinator II to support Human Resources and operational managers with day-to-day HR activities and ensure the successful rollout of HR initiatives.

Responsibilities
Use HR systems to produce reports
Assist with tracking and administrating recognition program!
Provide data and information as needed for investigations in partnership with HR Managers
Coordinate the benefits program
Lead and coordinate the Annual Performance Review process for front line associates in partnership with management
Assist with hiring, on-boarding, and training new associates
Connect with a third-party administrator for worker’s compensation, FMLA, and Short-Term Disability and leave
Qualification
Required
1-2 years in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and planning skills
Strong English verbal/written communication skills
A high level of guest service and an eye for detail
Proficient in Microsoft office programs
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Experience taking care of a large employee population
