Responsibilities
Direct and oversee the flow of work within the entire fabrication department in order to ship every order on time, every time
Establish job priorities

Recommend and execute equipment selection, layout and installation

Perform all functions of a supervisor
Coordinate and cooperate with all cross-functional departments to ensure customer needs are fulfilled
Initiate continuing improvements in areas of assigned responsibility to improve quality, decrease lead times, enhance productivity and maintain safety and health
Monitor operations for compliance with the company’s quality policies and procedures and act as required to prevent or to remedy non-compliance
