Responsibilities
Windows / Microsoft 365 environments
Light networking: FortiGate firewalls/routers, VPNs, UniFi-style switches and APs
Partner with remote Tier 2/3 engineers to coordinate tasks and ensure timely updates
Build a relationship with the client; keep a pulse on their IT roadmap and identify areas to improve support
Maintain clear documentation and follow internal standards
Assist in operational scaling for new offices as the company expands in Southwest Florida
Qualification
Required
MSP experience required
Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and cloud-based environments
Networking fundamentals, firewalls, VPNs, switches/APs
Hardware deployments (Dell servers, desktops, laptops)
Level 2–3 technical skillset with project and support experience
