Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain data engineering pipelines, data marts, and data warehousing solutions using Snowflake, SQL Server, and SAP Hana
Create and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI, including advanced custom visualizations (e.g., spider charts, dynamic dimension views)
Lead end-to-end SDLC activities: requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, stakeholder management, effort estimation, and project planning
Perform sales and bookings data analysis across multiple hierarchies (product, customer, distributor, partner) to generate actionable insights for business executives
Automate reporting processes and reduce manual efforts through innovative solutions (e.g., automated PPT generation from Tableau dashboards)
Conduct performance tuning for dashboards, SQL queries, and stored procedures to improve efficiency
Develop and deploy ETL processes, SSAS cubes, and database objects across development, staging, and production environments
Troubleshoot data discrepancies, resolve SQL Server locking issues, and monitor SQL Agent jobs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quarterly business review presentations and strategic insights
Ensure secure data sharing and compliance with organizational standards
Qualification
Required
Technical Expertise: Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), SAP Hana
Certifications: Tableau Desktop Specialist, Microsoft SQL Server Querying Certified
Strong knowledge of data architecture, ETL processes, and data validation
Proficiency in performance tuning and query optimization
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience in automating reporting workflows and saving significant manual effort
Proven ability to deliver business growth solutions (e.g., revenue maximization, partner activation)
Hands-on experience with custom visualization development in Tableau
